Please read these terms carefully before making a booking
1. Booking & Reservation
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. A security deposit of €500 is required, refundable within 7 days after departure, subject to property inspection.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability. Keys will be handed over by our property manager at the villa.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60+ days before arrival: full refund minus €50 admin fee. 30-59 days before: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
4. House Rules
The villa is strictly non-smoking indoors. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. Pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The infinity pool should be used at the guests' own risk.
5. Property Care
Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Any damage must be reported immediately. The security deposit may be used to cover repair or replacement costs. The villa is cleaned before arrival and after departure.
6. Liability
The property owner accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay. Use of the pool, terraces, and garden areas is at your own risk. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for managing your reservation and communication. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services. By booking, you consent to our data practices.
